What we make

Quikori is a multi-tenant AI chatbot platform. You upload your knowledge base (PDFs, docs, URLs, sitemaps), drop a script tag on your site or connect WhatsApp Business, and Ori — our AI persona — answers your customers using your sources, not the open internet.

Every reply is grounded in the documents you control. No hallucinations stitched from the public web. No training on your conversations. When Ori isn't confident, it hands off to a human on your team with the full context preserved.

Why we built this

Most chatbot products in 2026 are one of two extremes: brittle rule-based decision trees, or unconstrained LLMs that confidently invent product details. Neither is a service customers can rely on and neither is something a small team can ship in an afternoon.

Quikori sits in the middle. The LLM provides the natural-language surface, retrieval-augmented grounding keeps answers accurate, and the platform does the boring infrastructure work — multi-tenancy, RLS, billing, rate limits, channel integrations — so you can ship a chatbot in minutes and iterate on the parts that matter.

Our principles

• Grounding over guessing.If your source doesn't cover it, Ori says so and offers handoff. No invented facts.
• Tenant isolation by default. Postgres RLS on every multi-tenant table — cross-tenant reads are denied at the database layer, not just the application.
• Hard delete only.No soft-delete, no shadow copies. When you delete data, it's gone.
• No model training on your conversations. Your knowledge is yours.
